According to Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga, the practice of yoga holds the power to facilitate healing on multiple levels. These different aspects of yoga, known as Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi, guide individuals towards a path of healing and integration.
